Phase 1 (3 months):

Delivered by experienced UK legal practitioners, this module emphasizes practical skills and real-world application over theoretical study. Students will learn to:

• Draft witness statements that comply with the Civil Procedure Rules 
• Analyse fact patterns to identify legal grounds in breach of contract, negligence, land disputes, and other civil claims
• Draft initial claim forms, particulars of claim, defences, and letters before action
• Assemble and evaluate case bundles, manage evidence schedules
• Understand court timelines, protocols, and procedural obligations

Phase 2 (3 months):

Students will join UK-based legal team to assist with ongoing matters. Taught by UK and Indian legal professionals, students will be exposed to real-life case studies, court documents, and procedures used every day in legal practice.

After the classroom phase, students will complete a 3-month paid work experience where they’ll assist on cases under supervision.
