Phase 1 (3 months):

Facilitated by UK lawyers, this phase builds your competence in:

• Writing accurate and structured witness statements from clients and third parties that reflect admissible and credible testimony
• Identifying appropriate legal grounds for bail, defence arguments, and appeal applications
• Drafting key documents such as bail applications, case summaries, and legal representations
• Understanding police procedures, arrest reports, evidence rules, and charge sheets

Phase 2 (3 months):

Taught by working lawyers, the course simulates the pace and pressure of criminal practice preparing you for real-world challenges. The 3-month paid work experience will provide the exposure one need.
