With a longer placement, students can engage more actively in pre-trial strategy, evidence review, and client management. They may assist in preparing for cross-examinations, mitigation, and sentencing hearings. Taught by professionals who have handled trials, cross-examinations, and appeals, this course includes field insights that university courses often skip. The extended 4.5-month placement will allow students to shadow lawyers.
