1. Definitions
- “LPLC”: Refers to Legal Practice Learning Course, its instructors, and affiliates.
- “Student”: The individual enrolled in any LPLC program.
- “Work Experience”: The paid practical training component of LPLC courses.
2. Enrollment & Fees
2.1 Registration
- Students must provide accurate information during enrollment.
- LPLC reserves the right to reject applications without explanation.
2.2 Payment
- Fees are non-refundable after the 7-day cooling-off period from enrollment.
- Payment plans (if available) must be adhered to strictly. Defaulting may result in suspension.
2.3 Currency & Taxes
- UK fees are in GBP (£); Indian fees in INR (₹).
- All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.
3. Course Structure
3.1 Program Delivery
- Phase 1 (Theory): Video lectures, assignments, and mentor sessions.
- Phase 2 (Work Experience): Paid placement in the UK/India, subject to visa/work regulations.
3.2 Work Experience Terms
- Placements are not guaranteed and depend on partner availability and student performance.
- Students must comply with host organization rules. Misconduct may lead to termination.
3.3 Certification
- Certificates are awarded only upon 100% course completion, including assignments and work experience.
4. Student Responsibilities
4.1 Conduct
- Professionalism is mandatory. Harassment, plagiarism, or unethical behavior will result in expulsion.
4.2 Attendance
- Work Experience requires minimum 80% attendance. Absences must be justified.
4.3 Intellectual Property
- Course materials are LPLC’s proprietary content. Unauthorized distribution is prohibited.
5. Limitations & Disclaimers
5.1 No Job Guarantee
- LPLC provides training but does not promise employment post-completion.
5.2 Liability
- LPLC is not liable for:
- Visa/work permit rejections for international placements.
- Injuries or losses during Work Experience.
- Technical issues beyond our control (e.g., platform outages).
6. Termination & Refunds
6.1 By LPLC
- LPLC may terminate enrollment for violations, with no refund.
6.2 By Student
- Refund requests within 7 days of enrollment receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds after Work Experience begins.
7. Amendments
- LPLC may update these terms. Students will be notified via email.
8. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by UK law. Disputes will be resolved in London courts.
